TRENTON, N.J. (WCBS 880) — New Jersey Transit is looking to bring in more train engineers by relaxing its residency requirements.
Commuters are already well familiar with the problem with often dozen of cancelled trains on NJ Transit each rush hour due to engineers calling out at the last minute.
