Advocates for a proposed $550-million passenger rail line between the Twin Ports cities of Duluth and Superior and Minneapolis are waiting.
And they’re likely to wait until the end of an anticipated special session of the Minnesota Legislature to find out if the Northern Lights Express receives any amount of state financial support.
