ST. CLOUD — Commuters between the Twin Cities and St. Cloud could get a long-discussed train option if one of two new bills to assess expansion of Northstar commuter rail takes off in the Legislature.
St. Cloud Rep. Dan Wolgamott has been working on his bill since he was elected in the fall, he said Wednesday. The DFL freshman introduced it Thursday.
