The Boston City Council on Wednesday passed a resolution expressing support for building high-speed passenger rail between Boston and Springfield.
“This is something that could be absolutely transformative for not only the cities of Boston and Springfield but for the commonwealth at large,” said Boston City Councilor Matt O’Malley, who introduced the resolution.
