PITTSFIELD — The Berkshire Flyer might be coming, but it might not run on time.
This, and concern about visitor transportation after arrival in Pittsfield, was the focus of efforts Monday to forge a bulletproof report of recommendations to the state, which plans to fund and operate a pilot of seasonal service from New York City to the Berkshires.
