LOS Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) will stage a forum at Union Station on October 13 for private companies interested in becoming a master commercial developer for the Link Union Station project.
LACMTA wants to select a master developer by the end of 2018 to plan, design, construct and operate projects on the land it owns around Union Station. The station currently handles 116,000 passengers per day, and this is expected to grow to 220,000 by 2040.
