CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Last month, Amtrak announced its plans to de-staff 15 stations around the U.S., which have 40 or fewer passengers a day.
For the lone Amtrak ticket agent in Charleston, his days on the job are numbered.
