Cincinnati streetcar advertising was 70 percent off budget in 2018, bringing in just over $100K.

Expectation: The Cincinnati Bell Connector would bring in more than $350,000 from advertising in 2018. There would be ads wrapping the outside of the cars, ads on the interior walls and floors, ads on digital kiosks at streetcar stations.

Reality: Not much of that happened.
