Starting Friday, “Wizard of Oz” fans will be able to climb aboard a train and take a ride down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City.
The Wizard of Oz train will take off from Munchinkinland — don’t tell the kiddies, but it’s really downtown Tavares — and give riders a 2 ½-hour live performance of the famous tale on board air-conditioned rail cars from the 1950s.
