A shocking video posted to Twitter in early November showing pedestrians climbing over Canadian Pacific Railway cars blocking a downtown intersection has the filmer and a councillor calling for change.
Andrew, who declined to give his last name due to a desire to keep his job and social media accounts separate, shot the video from 11th Street and 10th Avenue S.W. on Nov. 2 and shared it to his Twitter account.
