Ann Arbor, Michigan train station cost estimate off by $5M due to math error

ANN ARBOR, MI – Ann Arbor’s cost estimate for building a new Amtrak station is off by millions of dollars due to some bad math.

The city has confirmed “an arithmetic error” was made when calculating the $81 million estimate for building a new station and parking garage in Fuller Park, and it actually should be about $5 million higher.
