Florida East Coast Industries has completed 3 MiamiCentral, the first building as part of its mixed-use project around the Brightline passenger rail station in downtown Miami.
The office building totals 96,000 square feet at 161 N.W. 6th Street, a short walk from the Brightline train station also developed by FECI. The train is already delivering passengers between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, and it’s expected to launch service in Miami in the coming months.
