Warren County supervisors have begun plotting a course for the county’s railroad line, and the former manager of the company that the county has kicked off the line now wants to help the county.
County supervisors met Tuesday to discuss how to move forward in light of the Board of Supervisors decision Friday to formally end its contract with Saratoga & North Creek Railway and its parent company, Iowa Pacific Holdings LLC.
